De cvso transit_LAB is opgericht in 2012 en is een open structuur, die vandaag groeit.
Er zijn, naast de oprichters, vier categorieën van aandeelhouders, waarbij elke aandeelhouder maximaal € 15.000 kan inbrengen:

• Aandeelhouders B: professionele deskundigen, adviseurs die actief willen zijn in projecten.
• Aandeelhouders C: bedrijven, verenigingen,  instellingen die als partner willen samenwerken.
• Aandeelhouders D: het publiek dat wenst te investeren in een maatschappelijk alternatief.
• Aandeelhouders E: overheden (lokaal, regionaal of landelijk) die in partnerschap willen werken aan ‘vernieuwing’, ‘sociaal ondernemerschap’ en ‘lokale ontwikkeling’.
  Elke categorie aandeelhouders is vertegenwoordigd in de raad van bestuur.

The cooperative company with limited liability (cvso) transit_LAB was founded in 2012 and is a growing open structure. Apart from the founders, there are four categories of shareholders, in which every shareholder can invest a maximum of €15,000:

• Shareholders B: professional experts, advisors with a desire for active contribution to projects.
• Shareholders C: companies, associations, institutions who want to cooperate as partners.
• Shareholders D: the public that wishes to invest in a social alternative.
• Shareholders E: public booties & authorities (local and regional or wider)
  Every category of shareholders is represented in the cooperative company’s board of directors.
