Industrial estates are often wrongly viewed as problematic no-go areas. Companies, too, are too withdrawn, whereas more collective action can be profitable for everyone, and for the environment. Transit_LAB has devised a concept through which industrial estates will be able to reach maximum independence in terms of energy demand, and to optimise in terms of material and waste problems.
