Het alternatief voor verbrandingsovens en stortplaatsen !

De maatschappij staat voor een grote uitdaging inzake hergebruiken van materialen. Transit_LAB heeft de oplossing! WASTE  REFINERY is een (aangepaste) toepassing van betrouwbare technologie uit de mijnbouw.

De ‘WASTE REFINERY’ is een hoog performante scheidings – en zuiveringsinstallatie die al de bruikbare grondstoffen uit huishoudelijk afval wint.
Enerzijds is er de energie-dragende fractie, een brandstof, vergelijkbaar met steenkool, die gemaakt wordt uit de hoog calorische fractie van het afval. Deze kan dienen voor co-verbranding of als basis voor het maken van syngas.
Anderzijds worden alle recycleerbare fracties terug in de economie gebracht als grondstof.

WASTE REFINERY is in 2013 / 2014 door transit_LAB ontwikkeld voor een Intercommunale maatschappij voor huisvuilverwerking in Tsjechië en wordt nu door cvba transit_LAB & nv IPAS wereldwijd gepromoot.

Deze nieuwe techniek is vooral economisch en ecologisch sterker dan huidige technieken: lage investering, lage kosten, positieve return voor mens en milieu. Transit_LAB gelooft dat dit een wereldwijde toepassing zal kennen en bereidt zich voor op een industriële toepassing van dit project. Daarvoor is een diepgaand engagement aangegaan met de nv IPAS.

De grote voordelen:
•    Een investeringskost van 10 % van een klassieke verbrandingsoven, gebruik makend van soliede en bewezen technologie.
•    Een kostprijs tussen € 35 en €56 / ton, zonder de valorisatie van materialen en brandstof.
•    Een maximaal en direct hergebruik van materialen.
•    Controle op alle milieutechnische neveneffecten.

The alternative to incinerators and landfill sites!

Our society is facing a big challenge in terms of materials recycling. Transit_LAB has the solution! WASTE REFINERY  is an (adapted) application of reliable mining technology.

The WASTE REFINERY is a high-performance separation and purification installation which extracts all usable resources from domestic waste.
On the one hand, there is the calorific fraction, a fuel comparable to coal, made from the high calorific fraction of this waste. It can serve co-incineration or other energetic processes like syngas production.
On the other hand, all recyclable fractions are brought back to the economy as raw materials.

WASTE REFINERY was developed in 2013 / 2014 by transit_LAB for an Intercommunal society for domestic waste processing in the Czech Republic and is promoted on a global scale by the cooperative company transit_LAB together with IPAS.

This new technique is above all economically and ecologically stronger than current techniques: low investment, low cost, positive return for mankind and the environment. Transit_LAB believes that this will be applied globally and is preparing for an industrial application of the project.

The main advantages:

• An investment cost of 10 % of a classic incinerator, using solid, tried and tested technology.
• A cost between €35 and €56 / tonne, excluding the valorisation of materials and fuel.
• A maximal and direct recycling of materials.
